If the label, testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there may be some small charges. Regarding perfumes, if up to 10% of the product has been used, a small fee applies. No charges are applicable for negligible use. However, if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
